Due to the nature of virtual assistant, administrative, and creative services, all fees paid to The Listing Desk are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes time spent, services rendered, and resources allocated to a project.

If services are cancelled prior to work beginning, any prepaid fees for unstarted work may be refunded or credited at the discretion of The Listing Desk. Refunds are not provided for completed work, partially completed work, or unused hours on monthly or retainer-based services unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

 

Any concerns regarding services provided should be communicated promptly so reasonable efforts can be made to address the issue where appropriate.
